APPLICATION PROCESS

To apply you must submit an application in person, via mail, via email or via fax. Our application fee is $40.00 per applicant. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply. Only money order or cashiers check is accepted. No cash, personal checks, credit, or debit cards. Once application is received with all required documents it takes approximately 5 business days to process the application. Third-party verification can delay the process of your application. Please contact our leasing staff with any questions.

PET FRIENDLY

We are pet friendly, however we do have breed and weight restrictions. Along with an additional security deposit. No pet rent.

We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. (1 dog maximum) $500 security deposit for the first pet and $250.00 for the second pet.

Your pet must have all updated vaccinations, dog license through the city of Costa Mesa, and be spayed and neutered.

PARKING

There is 1 assigned covered parking per apartment home and we can accommodate all other drivers with uncovered parking. We only allow one (1) vehicle per resident. In order to park on the property the vehicle must be registered in the driver’s name and they must have a valid drivers license.
